We’ll set up a quick call to discuss the shortlisted talents. To narrow down, we’ll ask for additional details about your business needs. - We Match You With The Best Talent
After meticulously searching and vetting, we’ll set up a meeting as an introduction and interview of the chosen talent. - Collaborate Before You Hire
Work alongside the talent every month. If the talent doesn’t fit in, we’ll find a new talent for no extra charge. If you’re happy, you can always hire them. - Hire Them
Once satisfied, you can hire them for a one-time placement fee of 22.5% of the talent’s first-year compensation.
If you collaborated before, we’ll lower the fee for each month of work. This discount maxes out at 10 months, equivalent to a 12.5% placement fee.
