About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled SharePoint / Power Automate Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining automated workflows and custom solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. From developing intuitive SharePoint sites to automating complex business processes with Power Automate, you’ll help streamline operations and enhance productivity across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites and components
- Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
- Create custom forms and apps using Power Apps
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms
- Ensure security, permissions, and compliance in all solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform
- Document processes and provide training or support to end-users
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a SharePoint / Power Automate Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, lists, and libraries
- Experience with workflow automation and business process improvement
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, REST, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bonus Points
- Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- Knowledge of Azure services or Microsoft Graph API
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint
- Previous experience working in agile or DevOps environments
